Relaxing into the present moment, I remember who I am. I breathe deeply, inhaling as much air as I can. As I exhale, I let the air organically flow from my body, like a dam I have released. Breathing in again, I exhale, allowing any tension in my body to flow with it. I feel relaxation move through my shoulders and down my arms. I breathe in again, filling my entire torso with air. Then, I relax, allowing the air and the tension to fall from my body. I take another deep breath and another, and with each exhale, my relaxation deepens. My legs, my feet, every muscle in my body relaxes.
I recognize and know my genius. I know that I understand things others can’t understand. I know I have great ideas and a strong will to move my life forward. Anything is possible for e. As I recognize my own genius, I recognize the genius of others as well. I think of my mentors and teachers, the people I admire. I open my mind to the possibilities of what others might know and I realize the full potential of this resource.
As I look at the genius around me, am I willing to expand my genius? am I willing to know more? Do I have a greater power who can restore me to sanity? Is it possible for me to see the world around me in a different way? Am I willing to see addiction from a new perspective? Is something better possible for me? What life might be possible for me now?
