We’ve covered a lot of ground in the last twelve weeks and reviewed a lot of practices. As a practice today, I recommend you watch this week’s videos and take notes of the practices that work for you. In addition to the videos, I suggest you review all the practices you’ve learned over the last twelve weeks and add notes to your list.
In the end, it would be good to have a clear, concise list of everything that works for you when you trigger. As we move into the next phase of our program, these practices will be vital to setting up healthy phase two practices.
Note: This review is not just about having the list. It is a phase to activity. As you pause and contemplate the practices, you will see the growth you’ve had over the last twelve weeks. Along with recognizing growth, you will be triggering the higher brain function we will discuss in phase two. So, don’t rush or stress about it. Just do a little every day until you feel you have a complete list you can use any time life gets stressful.
