Pain does not need to be processed to be released. We do not have repressed memories or unresolved emotions that need to be addressed. We are where we ae from the experiences we’ve had in life, to date. Those experiences are stored as DNA memory the body uses to make decisions. As you continue to relax your DNA, allow yourself to feel your past experiences floating away. Once they are gone, we have no further need to process them.

In an attempt to protect itself from pain, the brain often creates limitations that actually prohibit progress in our lives. Now that we’ve released the pain and even some of the memories of our past, what limitations are you able to release, so you can have the best life possible?

Finally, as we release limitations, we are open to releasing set family patterns. Often time, we find ourselves experiencing the patterns of our parents, or siblings, or other adults that influenced us during our childhood. We tend to own those patterns as our own, but the truth is; we are all so much more than our history. There may have been times for you where you found yourself acting in ways that you didn’t feel represented the person you really are. What habits are you ready to let go of that don’t represent who you really are? What patterns are you ready to release in your life?
