If you haven’t centered yet, please remember to do so. Even if it is just a moment to pause and take ten slow, deep breaths, Contemplative practices will be far more successful if you are centered before you begin.
Today’s contemplative question is: What do I want to accomplish today? At the end of this day, if I really believed it was possible, what would I like to have completed?
Remember, you don’t need to aim too high. Achieving a series of small successes is healthier for the brain than stressing toward anything monumental. What one thing would you like to accomplish today to feel successful?
