This week’s take-home tool will be an observational practice. We’ll be observing different experiences of the conscious and subconscious mind. In the practice, we’ll measure them based on a scale from one to ten, but we won’t measure the level of experience as we did in the past. This time we’ll measure whether the information is coming from your conscious or subconscious mind.
Each day, we will utilize a different effect of consciousness for our gauge. Today, we will begin with the senses. In the video, I mention the difference between the two, what I’ll ask you to do today is an experiment to see how connected you are with your deeper sense of well-being.
